DOMESTIC SHIPPING

All purchases are shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless requested otherwise.
All domestic purchases are given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is a flat rate of $34.99. Please email info@shopbellac.com with any questions you may have. Please note in subject of Email "SBC International Shipping Inquiry".

Please note that internationally processing time may take up to 72 hours before released for shipping.

RUSH ORDERS 

We can rush orders for our customers upon request for an additional fee. The fee depends on the weight and urgency of getting the order to you. All domestic purchases will be given a tracking number for shoppers to be able to track their package's delivery date. 

FREE MILITARY SHIPPING 

There is nothing that we appreciate and respect more than the men and women who make sacrifices every day to protect our country. We love having the opportunity to give back to you and your family with FREE SHIPPING on all SBC MERCHANDISE. If you or an immediate family member is in the US Military please contact us via email and we will instruct you on how to redeem free shipping on purchases. RETURN POLICY

Didn't love your SBC purchase? We understand that not every SBC purchase may fit perfectly and is best to try a different size or style sometimes. We want you to be thrilled with your SBC purchase and because of this, we are happy to offer no-hassle easy returns. ALL RETURNS ARE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Please read our return policy below:

•  All return items must be received by the SBC Returns Department within 14 days from the date received by the customer.

•  Return items must be in their unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition with original tags attached.

•  Jewelry, intimates, and discounted items are all final sale. Discounted items also include flash sales, holiday sales, celebration sales, or any other type of sale. These items will not be accepted if returned.

•  Unless previously discussed with one of our SBC management team members, original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

•  Any damaged items must be reported with in the 1 week return period and prior to wearing the garment if wanting to return. Tags must still be attached, no exceptions.

•  If you would like to exchange your item for a different size, you will need to call the store so we are able to hold your size (if still available). Then send your original item back to our SBC Returns Department. Once received, you will be notified and issued store credit for the returned item that you may use on a different size or SBC item.

•  Clothing returned that is not in compliance with our return policy will be refused and shipped back to you. Items that are non-returnable will be shipped back to the buyer at their expense.

•  Merchandise purchased at holiday market shows are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

•  Store Credit must be completely used within the 12 month period it was issued. Example: Credit issued January 1, 2017 may be used no later than January 1, 2018 or it will be voided.
